We offer delivery services across Egypt for all orders placed through our website.
At Skinné, we work with trusted courier companies to make sure your order is delivered safely and as quickly as possible.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability. We usually aim to deliver orders within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery fees may vary from one area/governorate to another.
A confirmation call or message may be made within 24 hours after placing your order. If we are unable to reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled if it is not confirmed.
All confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, except during weekends, official holidays, or unexpected delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details whenever available so you can follow up on your shipment.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If delivery is missed, another delivery attempt may be arranged depending on the courier policy. Additional delivery fees may apply in case of repeated failed delivery attempts or order return.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Skinné.
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or received in bad condition.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, accessories, and invoice/order details included.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet our return policy requirements.
To request a return, please contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram and provide your order number, clear photos of the product, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the required instructions for returning the product.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement according to the case. Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to be completed.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake from our side or a damaged/defective product.
